Our journey began in London, where my passion for cakes and baked goods was born. After graduating from the London College of Fashion, I moved to the U.S., working in the fashion industry in LA. Soon, I found myself yearning for the English-style cakes that filled my childhood. After relocating to Michigan, I realized the not-too-sweet, fruit-and-nut-filled cakes I cherished were nearly impossible to find in local stores. Nostalgic and inspired, I took matters into my own hands, pursuing a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and bringing these beloved treats to life.

And so, Peach & Honey Baking Co. was born—a bakery committed to crafting Cake Bars that are free from artificial additives and overflowing with natural goodness. Each product reflects my dedication to using only real, high-quality ingredients, ensuring that every bite is both wholesome and a celebration of flavor!
