Refund policy

Due to food safety considerations, all sales of food products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note, once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order before finalizing the purchase.

If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact hello@peachandhoneybakes.com with your concern, name, order number, phone number, mailing address, and photos of the product and packing within 2 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

In-store Purchases

Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.
